Executive Chef Arnold Pulido

Chef Pulido is a seasoned professional who has presided over kitchens that have been regularly featured in the San Francisco Chronicle's Top 100 Restaurants. He began his career as a teenager working at The Bohemian Club in S.F. His cuisine features bold flavors utilizing northern California's wealth of seasonal ingredients. Some of his recent menu additions include Creamy Polenta with mushroom ragout & chive mascarpone; Braised Meatballs with San Marzano tomato sauce & parmesan; and Hoisin Ginger Chicken with steamed rice & Kimchi.
